VRDS-ATLAS SACD Transport Mechanism

Master Sound Discrete DAC
Esoteric's proprietary Master Sound Discrete DAC features a custom FPGA-based architecture and a 64-bit/512Fs delta-sigma modulator. Carefully selected components and an upgraded DAC board support precise digital-to-analog conversion for detailed, natural-sounding music reproduction.
Advanced Power Supply Design
Four independent toroidal power transformers serve the player's different circuit sections, including dedicated transformers for the left and right DAC channels. A bank of 71 EDLC supercapacitors provides substantial energy storage to support stable operation and refined audio performance.
High-Resolution Digital Connectivity
The K-01XD SE supports SACD and CD playback, including CD-R and CD-RW discs.
