Our website is always being updated. Please call 800 752 4018 prior to placing your order if you have questions or are unclear about a product’s description.

Freight is calculated at the time of purchase depending on your location. We will send you a PayPal invoice for the exact cost to us from the carrier. We do not add any additional fees. We receive a great discount making you shipping charges as low as possible.

If you don’t work with PayPal you can provide a credit card for the shipping charges.

Please, when making a purchase, be certain you are ordering the proper model and color. Call anytime for assistance in ordering.

Currently we are accepting payment through Paypal and by credit card.

All merchandise you see on our site is warrantied from the manufacture and we are authorized on all products.

Return Policy and Handling

  • In the event you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us at 800 752 4018
  • Email at analogmatters1@gmail.com and we can begin the return or replacement process. 
  • Please note all returns, limited to failures or damage only, require a Return Authorization.
  • Due to many orders being delivered directly by our suppliers it saves you time and money.
